First time ordering from Side by Side Stuff. I purchased a Bad Dwag roof for my 2012 Polaris Ranger had a little damage during shipping, I called customer service and left a message they called me back by the end of the day and they took care of the problem , no hoops to jump through, no waiting for a supervisor or manager to talk with, no forms to fill out. I know that's the way it should be but most of the time it isn't !
The roof seems well made ,easy to put on and the price was good .I will be buying more stuff from them .
I personally think customer service is big.
